THE SETTING

Know the place.

Get Fired Up lets you make something together: pick a mug, bowl, creature or decorative piece, then paint it with the studio’s supplies. Staff explain the process, and the studio glazes and kiln-fires your finished work.

This is a self-paced activity rather than a scheduled class. It works for a creative date or family afternoon, and Sun Shoppe is right next door for a coffee or food stop.

A LITTLE PLANNING

Before you go.

Reserve a table by phone, especially for Saturday and weekday evenings. The studio only accepts reservations by phone.
Most projects take about two hours. Firing normally takes four to five days, so plan a later pickup rather than expecting to leave with finished pottery.
