WHAT'S NEW • WHAT'S NEXT
What is actually open, what is being built, and what has only been announced. We keep those statuses separate so hype does not become misinformation.
Each item links to the underlying official source. Opening dates can move, so future projects stay future until the operator or developer confirms otherwise.
Viera Town Center's waterfront gathering place is now operating with food concepts, bars, entertainment and community programming.
The Town Center calendar is already using the venue for events such as Cart-O-Ween, and the published Lakeside Night Market schedule says the market continues on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Check the venue calendar for the actual lineup before going.
